In Episode 106, it’s my birthday! I’m reflecting on what I’ve learned in the last 48 years. My life is FULL. I take really good care of myself. It wasn’t until I took a couple of days, checked myself into a hotel, and stepped out of my life that I realized how fatigued I was. There comes a time when you have to pause and say, “What is working and what is not working?” Connection to yourself is so important.Take the opportunity to give yourself space and allow yourself to be present.
